1. What types of toys does Dagfood offer? We offer safe, fun, and developmental toys for kids, including:

All with clear age recommendations to suit different stages of childhood.

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your toys are on their way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened toys in original packaging. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your toys safe and high-quality? Yes! All toys meet or exceed U.S. safety standards (CPSIA, ASTM, etc.), are made from non-toxic materials, and are free from small parts for younger children (age guidelines clearly listed on each product). We prioritize durable, child-safe designs built for real play.

7. How do I care for my Dagfood toys? Most plush toys are surface-washable or machine-washable on gentle cycle (check label). Plastic/wooden toys: Wipe clean with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or submerging electronic toys. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
